- User friendly website for easy access to administration so you can see your bookings and book off additional bookings on your behalf.
- Marketing to the target groups of family and mature adults over 25.
- Cover all customer relations and communications.
- Assisting the owner in collecting payment directly from the renter as well as a damage deposit if required.
- Providing Check in/out instructions for guests.
- Following the terms and conditions, as per contract with all renters.
- Be available to handle customer concerns & questions.
- Providing tips on making your property more marketable, and helping you determine an appropriate rent for your property.
NO EXCLUSIVITY REQUIRED. Renting through Okanagan Vacation Home Rentals doesn’t mean you’re not able to use your property when you want or that there’s commissions payable for rentals that you book. We don’t require exclusivity on your listing either. We will list your property when you’re not using it. If you find a client to rent on your own, no commissions are payable to us. It’s that simple!
